The state enterprise of alcohol and liquor industry «UKRSPYRT» (SE "UKRSPYRT") is the sole state operator of the Ukrainian alcohol on internal and foreign markets that provide more than 95% of alcohol production in Ukraine.

The state enterprise «UKRSPYRT» implements the establishment of state policy at the market of alcohol and liqueur-vodka production and organization of effective work of state alcohol enterprises. Also among the functional responsibilities of SE "UKRSPYRT" are coordination of work of enterprises and organizations that take part in ethyl alcohol, vodka and liqueur-vodka production; optimization of branch and inter-branch cooperation in the field of ethyl alcohol, vodka and liqueur-vodka production; total saturation of internal market and export of ethyl alcohol, vodka and liqueur-vodka production; provision ethyl alcohol according to state demands.

Production of biodiesel, biogas and wide spectrum of alcohol-containing liquids (washers, solvents, medical and household antiseptics) are among the other areas of SE "UKRSPYRT" activity.

Establishment of resource and energy-efficient technology, use of alternative and restoring sources of energy and raw material are among the foreground tasks of SE "UKRSPYRT".
